The Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG) will be holding its annual conference April 3-7 in Chicago, Illinois, offering additive manufacturing professionals from around the world the opportunity to network and learn. Nexa3D will be among the companies at the conference, ready to share our ultrafast, reliable technology with attendees.
We’re proud to be a Diamond Sponsor for this year’s AMUG Conference and to share our expertise through multiple presentations. Learn more from our team in the following speaking and training sessions:
Monday, April 4, 1:30 to 2:30 PM, Williford C (3rd Floor) “Design for LSPc.” In this training session, Head of Operations Brent Zollinger will examine how to make the most out of LSPc technology. This deep dive into LSPc will draw from real-life case studies and cover best practices for this advanced mSLA process.
Tuesday, April 5, 3:00 to 4:00 PM, International Ballroom (2nd Floor) “The Evolution of Resin 3D Printing to Ultrafast Capabilities.” Chief Technology Officer Izhar Medalsy will discuss the history of SLA 3D printing and associated technologies, how these processes differ, and how new technologies improve upon these foundations with higher speed, better resolution, and scalable capabilities. He will also illuminate the development of LSPc 3D printing technology and examine why membranes and software matter, as well as take a look at real-life use cases among early adopters.
Wednesday, April 6, 3:00 to 4:00 PM, Williford C (3rd Floor) “The Realities of Truly Rapid 3D Printing with mSLA at the Desktop.” Rapid prototyping with 3D printing has become more common in product design, but what does “rapid” really mean as technologies and processes have evolved? Jake Kapusta, Global Services Lead, Desktop 3D Printing, will look at this question in this in-depth workshop focusing on how desktop resin 3D printers such as Nexa3D’s XiP are removing pain points common to 3D printing and helping businesses add new capabilities.
Thursday, April 7, 10:30 to 11:30 AM, Waldorf (3rd Floor) “Material Developments in Resin 3D Printing.” Chief Operating Officer Kevin McAlea will talk about understanding material ecosystems from a 3D printer OEM perspective. He will discuss the importance of material validation and open systems, and will look at strategic approaches to successful partnerships. He will also cover end-to-end material performance and how 3D printing resins compare to traditional manufacturing polymers.
In addition to joining us for these presentations, come visit our team at Booth #D12, where we will be showcasing 3D printers including the currently shipping NXE 400 industrial 3D printer and NXD 200 dental 3D printer, plus the upcoming XiP desktop printer. Information and sample parts will also be available for the QLS 820 thermoplastic 3D printer, set to hit the market later in 2022. Attendees who stop by can also learn about our NexaX software, as well as xWash and xCure post-processing technology.
Our team is excited to meet with attendees and to showcase our technology. We’re ready to connect with AMUG members about our 3D printing solutions and share real-world experiences from the users who know them best.
