Production Capabilities in an Affordable Industrial 3D Printer
Exceptional speed and productivity without the major capital expense
No need to compromise – the NXE 200 3D printer provides exceptional affordability for designers, engineers and manufacturers who need fast, accurate and cost-effective prototyping and manufacturing solutions.
The NXE 200 is powered by LSPc technology, and its 200 mm z-stroke is perfect for building smaller parts as as enabling downstream processes for semi-continuous production.
Nexa3D’s robust materials portfolio is backed by strong partnerships with leading material providers, including Henkel and BASF, and unlike other DLP or mSLA technologies, NXE 200 provides users with a large 8.5L build volume and validated workflow to unlock the highest throughput in its class at the lowest total cost of ownership.Request a Free Sample
Get faster print speeds without sacrificing accuracy to expedite your production workflow. LSPc technology in the NXE 200 is 6.5x faster than competing DLP and LCD technologies and expedited workflows allow for easy and fast printer prep and post-processing.
Lowest Total Cost of Ownership
Delivering cost-effective production capabilities, the NXE 200 industrial-grade 3D printer’s industrial hardware with modular components is easy to service and upgrade, providing additional savings over time. With a slightly smaller build volume than the NXE 400, it can still build 85% of desired production parts.
Quality Manufacturing and Part Production
Prototypes and manufactured parts need accuracy, aesthetics, and mechanical performance for design validation and end-use performance. Get all that and more using NXE 200, which has a 4K LCD screen to provide uniform exposure and process control with high power/irradiance for beautiful, functional parts.

3D Printing Technology
Nexa3D’s print process uses a patented Lubricant Sublayer Photo-curing (LSPc) 3D printing engine. Different from DLP, where edge-to-edge performance can be compromised due to optical distortions, LSPc delivers a uniform, high power and distortion-free image to all areas of the build plate to ensure part-to-part accuracy and uniformity. LSPc, a type of masked stereolithography (mSLA) technology, is faster than stereolithography (SLA) and other mSLA technologies. Our self-lubricated, flexible membrane overcomes the delamination forces that accrue during any inverted, vat based printing process, thus enabling best-in-class print speeds.Learn More
NXE 200 has offers a broad range of functional and general purpose photopolymer materials. The materials are specifically tailored to meet your every need, from modeling to final part production.
Nexa3D offers a comprehensive in-house solution for software: NexaX 2.0, which enables process stability and print consistency. It also provides APIs to make integrating a range of software tools simple, including assembly parts consolidation, generative design, lightweighting, and MES workflows.
xCURE and xWASH post-processing systems ensure consistent mechanical properties and predictable part performance. The xWASH system accommodates the full build volume of the NXE 200 and can accept up to two build platforms simultaneously for streamlined post-processing workflow.
